Currently, you can purchase cryptocurrency using our payment processing services, and you might get 2 different interfaces during the process.
Though the process remains the same, the design differs slightly, and some additional features apply.

Below, you will find the purchase flow using the new UI.
By pressing the buying option, you will be taken to our checkout, where you can select the type and amount of cryptocurrency you wish to purchase. Additionally, you can choose the purchasing method - either with a card or a few alternative payment methods. The availability is based on the partner's platform and your location.
Some platforms may require you to enter the wallet address that you control, while others will generate the address for you if you have an account with them.
After you have selected the desired amounts, select the payment method and press continue. You will be prompted to the next page to enter your card details, such as the card number, full name, CVV (security) code and expiry date.
To advance to the next step, you must click that you have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Later, you will be asked to enter personal details such as the billing address, city, zip/postal code, country, and contact details - the email, date of birth, and phone number.
On each checkout page, you can see the amount of cryptocurrency you will receive with all the fees already applied.
Note: Your full name will be pre-filled automatically on the "Personal details" page precisely like you entered it on the "Card details" page. Nevertheless, you can edit it if necessary, but you'll need to ensure there is no mismatch.
Once the information is submitted, if everything is entered accordingly - no special symbols, only the Latin alphabet used, and the phone number is correct - you can press "PAY NOW".
After pressing "PAY NOW", the verification process will begin.
During the verification process, you will need to verify your email by entering a 4-digit code that will be sent to the email address provided.
After the email is verified, you will be asked to confirm a few things that indicate you know what you are doing. A pop-up message will appear on the screen, presenting a few statements you must agree with to continue.
Once you confirm this, you might be asked to verify your identity by uploading an identity document and a selfie of your face. The ID verification process is done live when buying through the new UI. This means you will always need to take pictures of the document and your face on the spot with your phone camera once connected to Onfido - an identity verification service provider with which Simplex is in partnership.

Once you have finished verifying your identity live via the Onfido service, you will be required to submit a questionnaire to continue with the purchase.

If all of these steps are completed, the payment should be approved, and the coins should be sent to the wallet address used in the transaction. It will reflect in the wallet as soon as it is confirmed on the Blockchain. You will receive an approval and, later on, a confirmation email once the payment is approved and the coins are sent out.
