Your payment might fail even if you successfully send the coins to the destination wallet address. Cryptocurrency payments can fail if you send coins after the required time has passed, send fewer coins than you were supposed to, or if your payment is rejected.
Should your payment fail while you have already sent out the coins, you will receive a cryptocurrency refund.
If you are still on the payment page, you will be informed about the payment failing and be provided with a field to enter a wallet address in which you must enter the cryptocurrency wallet address where the coins should be sent back.
If you have already closed the payment page, do not worry. Our system informs users via email about each stage of the Pay with Crypto process. Thus, you will receive an email informing you about the failed payment and a button to request a cryptocurrency refund. By clicking it, you will be taken to a page where you must provide a valid cryptocurrency address to receive the coins.
To be able to continue with the refund, you will also need to verify your email address. You will be sent a 4-digit code which will need to be entered in a pop-up that will appear on the screen.
Please be informed that it is your responsibility to provide us with a valid and correct cryptocurrency address, over which you have full control. The address must support the cryptocurrency type (and network) that you will receive. Any mistakes in the wallet address might result in the loss of the cryptocurrency. Once the coins are sent to the provided address, we have no more control over them, and our part of the process is over.
If you are not sure about the status of your payment, did not receive the email informing you about the failed transaction and the refund, can not request the refund, or have requested but did not receive it, please get in touch with us directly.
