If you are supposed to receive a cryptocurrency refund, you will be asked to confirm your email address by entering a 4-digit code in the pop-up that will appear on the screen. Our system will automatically email the code to the email address you provided.
If you did not receive the email with the verification code to confirm the wallet address for the refund, please try the following steps:
1) Carefully check your spam and trash folders - sometimes, our automated emails might land there;
2) Click "resend code" if no email arrived and the time has passed;
3) Add this email address to your email's contact and safe lists: <no-reply@simplex.com> and initiate a refund request once again from the email received previously;
