In case you cannot locate it, please try the following:
- Check your spam and trash folders, as sometimes these emails might be sent there
- Make sure that you have inserted all the details correctly in all fields
- Clear your browser cookies and cache, and disable VPN and any similar browser extensions, as they might interfere with the process
- Add no-reply@simplexcc.com and support@simplex.com to your email contacts list
- Please try using a different email address provider for the purchase
We can not manually send verification emails - they are sent automatically with each payment attempt. You will not be charged for an incomplete payment, so you can retry as many times as you need.
