The payment can be cancelled as long as it has not come to a final decision (approved/cancelled/declined).
If you have not completed the whole process fully, your payment will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that once a payment is approved, it is not possible to cancel it.
However, in case it is not possible to deliver the cryptocurrency, we can issue a refund.
