A payment can be cancelled as long as it has not come to a final decision (approved/cancelled/declined).
If you did not the whole process fully, your payment will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that once a payment is approved, it is not possible to cancel it.
You can check the status of your payment (not older than 30 days) by entering your payment ID in the following page: https://payment-status.simplex.com/
If you have a pending payment that you wish to cancel, you may contact our support.
You can contact our support team in two ways:

- Submit a ticket through our Support Center
There are no cancellation fees.
