It is not possible to successfully complete the purchase if you do not pass the identity verification once you are asked.
If you do not complete the verification process, your transaction will be automatically cancelled within 72 hours from the time the request to do so was sent. However, if you would like to cancel your payment quicker, please contact our support team via live chat or submit a ticket request.
