If you have received a message saying "An error has occurred. Please restart your payment" or "We couldn't process your request. Please contact technical support or use different card" - it means that your card was declined by the issuing bank.
In this case we kindly advise you to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and make sure that:
- Your card is eligible for international transactions,
- You are enrolled in the 3DSecure program,
- You have enough money in the account to complete the transaction.
Once you get in touch with your bank and check these requirements you should be able to issue a successful payment through our system.
