It is only possible to have one pending payment at a time in our system.
If a new transaction is issued when there is one already pending, it will be automatically declined.
Our system automatically informs you about the status of each payment - whether it is awaiting additional action, is already approved, cancelled or declined.
While the transaction is pending, it is possible to see the amount for which the purchase was issued, placed on hold.
Do not be alarmed - it is not a charge yet, just a card authorization check.
It reserves the amount as the payment is awaiting completion or cancellation.
