If you have received a message saying "An error has occurred. Please restart your payment" it means that your card was declined by the issuing bank.
In this case, we kindly advise you to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and make sure that:
- Your card is eligible for international transactions
- You are enrolled in the 3DSecure program
- You have enough money in the account to complete the transaction
- The card issuer allows cryptocurrency purchases
Once you have been in touch with your bank and checked these requirements, you should be able to issue a successful payment through our system.
