If you have received a message saying, "An error has occurred. Please restart your payment" or a similar one, the card issuer most likely declined your payment attempt.
In this case, we kindly advise you to get in touch with your bank/card issuer and make sure that:
- Your card is eligible for international transactions
- You are enrolled in the 3DSecure program
- You have enough money in the account to complete the transaction
- The card issuer allows cryptocurrency purchases
Once you have contacted your bank and checked these requirements, you should be able to issue a successful payment through our system if your card issuer allows it. If you are still experiencing issues, feel free to contact us directly.
