A chargeback is a charge returned to a payment card after a customer successfully disputes an item on their account statement or transactions report.
Chargebacks can be issued if the cardholder did not authorize the charge overall or if the goods or services bought were not received.
Please note that Simplex is a payment service provider used to purchase cryptocurrency only. We do not sell physical goods, provide rental payments or other services, or provide job opportunities for cryptocurrency commissions. Also, Simplex does not provide any investment, trading or consultancy services.
If you are considering submitting a chargeback for your purchase, before doing so, please double-check that the transaction was indeed approved - you have received a confirmation email from us, and 3 hours have passed since that. The cryptocurrency is usually delivered much faster than that, but at times of high demand on the blockchain or due to other factors, it can take longer.
If you still have concerns, did not receive the coins, or have any other questions, please contact our support team and mention that you need assistance with your purchase. Our team will provide you with the best resolution possible.
If you have already issued a chargeback through your bank, we will process it and respond based on the guidelines set by Visa and MasterCard.
