Prior to submitting a chargeback for your purchase please double check that the transaction was approved (you will have received a confirmation email from us) and wait up to 1 hour for the crypto to be delivered (it is usually much faster than that, but at times of high demand on the blockchain it can take longer). If you still have a concern, please contact our support team and mention that you are considering issuing a chargeback in your message.
