If the payment attempt was rejected by your bank or card issuer, you must contact them directly.
We would also recommend clarifying with your bank if your card is:
- Eligible for international purchases
- Has not reached its payment limit
- Is enrolled in the 3DSecure program
- The card issuer allows cryptocurrency purchases
You can also try to use a different card provided by another card issuer and see how it goes.
