Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we do not offer refunds for approved payments when the coins have been delivered. Please be aware that once your payment is approved and the cryptocurrency is sent - our part of the transaction is over as we do not have access to that cryptocurrency anymore. Therefore, we always strongly recommend using your own personal wallet to make sure you have access to the cryptocurrency that you have bought.
A refund can only be offered from our side if the payment was approved, and the cryptocurrency can not be delivered due to technical or other reasons. In cases of technical issues and possible delays (longer than 3 hours) with the purchase that we are aware of, our team will reach out to you directly via the email used in the transaction.
If you noticed that your payment was approved, but the coins have not reached your wallet within 3 hours after that, please feel free to contact us and we will immediately investigate it.
Should you still not see the coins in your wallet after 3 hours have passed since your payment was approved, before reaching out to us, please check whether your transaction is visible on the blockchain.
If it is, you would need to contact your wallet service provider for further clarification.
