Our system can display information about transactions made within the last 30 days.
To successfully check the payment status, you will need the payment ID.
The payment ID is a unique set of numbers and letters, which can be used to identify the transaction within our system.
It is provided in the automated emails our system sends you during the payment process.
Sometimes it can also be displayed on the screen, when going step by step with your transaction.
To check the status of your transaction, please visit our webpage at www.simplex.com and press the “HELP” button in the top right corner of the screen.
When the section expands, press the “Payment Status” option and you will be taken to a separate page.
While on this page, please paste/enter the long payment ID and press “GO”.
