Once the country is selected, you will be presented with information that needs to be provided to your Bank for the transfer to reach your Simplex Banking account:
Beneficiary details are required for your transfer to reach Simplex. These include:
1. Beneficiary (Your Name and Surname)
2. Account number (IBAN)
3. Beneficiary Address
4. Beneficiary Bank (Name, BIC/SWIFT Code, Bank address)
5. Corresponding Bank (Name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT Code, Bank address)
6. Transaction details
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the transfer details are exactly the same as provided - we recommend carefully going through them a few times before submitting your payment.
Simplex’s fee for incoming SWIFT transfers is 0.1% or 50 EUR minimum, depending on which one is higher. We recommend using SWIFT services only if the transfer amount is above 1000 EUR.
Additionally, intermediary banks might charge an additional processing fee which will be deducted from the transfer amount. They are credited to corresponding banks; please note that Simplex is not responsible for them.
Please note that SWIFT payments usually take 1–5 working days to reach their destination. However, it is possible that they can take longer due to time differences between the sending and receiving countries, or multiple intermediary banks being involved with the process of delivering your money to us.
Kindly note that Simplex has no way of speeding up SWIFT transactions.
