If your Simplex branded card was swallowed by the ATM, please contact our live support to inform them about the incident and lock the card via:
- Live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon
- Submit a ticket through our support center
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
Additionally, you can lock the card by logging in to your Simplex Banking account here and clicking on the card icon on the top right corner.
