Your Simplex branded card can be used for payments with Chip & PIN, contactless, magstripe or for online transactions.
In case one of the mentioned payment options does not work, please double check if your card is activated: How do I activate my Simplex branded card?
If the card is active, however, you are still not able to use one of the mentioned payment methods, please:
- Check if the payment method which you are trying to use is not turned-off in the security settings by logging in to your Simplex Banking account here: https://account.simplex.com/login?1 and clicking on the card icon at the top right corner.
- Contact us via live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the red icon.
- Submit a ticket through our support center.
Kindly note that the first transaction after receiving the card should be initiated using Chip & PIN method.
