If the card is active, however, you are still not able to use one of the mentioned payment methods, please:
- Check if the payment method which you are trying to use is not turned-off in the security settings by logging in to your Simplex Banking account here: https://account.simplex.com/login?1 and clicking on the card icon at the top right corner.
- Contact us via live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon
- Submit a ticket through our support center
