If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, your Simplex branded card will be blocked for all transactions. In order to unlock it, please contact our support team:
- Live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon
- Submit a ticket through our support center
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
After unblocking the PIN, please note that you are required to make one transaction using the same PIN to fully activate the unblocked card.
