If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, your Simplex branded card will be blocked for all transactions.
In order to unblock it, please log in to your internet banking and go to the “Manage card” section where you will be presented with an option 'Unblock PIN'.
After unblocking the PIN, please note that you are required to make one transaction using the same PIN to fully activate the unblocked card.
