In the unfortunate event if your card was lost or stolen, you must lock and terminate it immediately.
If the card was stolen, additionally please file a police report as soon as possible.
Please note, that once the card is terminated, it can no longer be used for any type of payment and it is impossible to reactivate it.
Kindly be informed that the Simplex branded card reissuing fee is 9 EUR.
