In the unfortunate event if your card was lost or stolen, you can lock and terminate it:
- By yourself by logging into your internet banking. In the “Manage card” section you will have the option to lock the card. After you lock the card, you will be presented with the option to terminate it as well.
- By contacting our support team. You will need to provide the last 4 digits of your card so our agents could either lock or terminate your card.

- Live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon
- Submit a ticket through our support center
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
Please note, that once the card is terminated, it can no longer be used for any type of payment and it is impossible to reactivate it.
Please note that the Simplex branded card reissuing fee is 9 EUR.
