Simplex agents have no option to view our client’s PIN code.
You can view your PIN if you log into your internet banking and go to the "Manage card" section.
In order to view the PIN, you will need to verify the action with a 1 time code sent to you by Simplex via SMS.
In case you still remember your PIN but the card was blocked, you can contact our support team for unblocking using live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon.
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
