Simplex agents have no option to view our client’s PIN code.
You can view your PIN if you log into your internet banking and go to the "Manage card" section.
In order to view the PIN, you will need to verify the action with a 1 time code sent to you by Simplex via SMS.
In case you still remember your PIN but the card was blocked, please log in to your internet banking and go to the “Manage card” section where you will be presented with an option 'Unblock PIN'.
After unblocking the PIN, please note that you are required to make one transaction using the same PIN to fully activate the unblocked card.
