You can have only 1 active Simplex branded card at a time.
Before ordering a replacement card, your old card has to be locked and terminated:
- By yourself by logging into your internet banking. In the “Manage card” section you will have the option to lock the card.
- By contacting our support team. You will need to provide the last 4 digits of your card so our agents could either lock or terminate your card.

- Live chat at the bottom right side of any page that you are on. Simply click on the green icon
- Submit a ticket through our support center
Please be aware that we do not offer phone support and that we do not communicate with our customers through any third party applications (Telegram, Whatsapp, etc.).
