Your password is your personal key to your Simplex Banking account — create a strong password don’t share it with anyone.
Keep your login details private, do not share them with anyone.
If you are in a public place or using someone else’s device, we highly recommend you use Incognito mode - a private window in your browser (here is a short guide on how to do so: https://www.wikihow.com/Activate-Incognito-Mode).
If you are in a public place, make sure that nobody is peeking over your shoulder when you are entering the PIN code or your password.
If you share any information about your account details or transfers on unsecure sites, change your password immediately and contact our Support team* for further assistance.
If you think that someone is using your account or has your login information, please contact* our Support team immediately.
Your Simplex branded card is your personal card which is linked to your Simplex Banking account - do not let anyone else use it.
If you think that your Simplex branded card was lost or stolen, we highly recommend that you lock the card immediately (How to lock/unlock my Simplex branded card?) and contact our Support team* for further assistance.
If you want extra security for your Simplex branded card, you can always switch specific transactions off or just lock the card until you need it (you can change the security settings or lock the card by logging in to your Simplex Banking account here: https://account.simplex.com/login?1 and clicking on the card icon on the top right corner).
