If all the requirements are met, please find the guidelines of the registration process below:
- To begin registration, go to our sign-up page here.
If you would like to also receive updates about our offers, recommendations and other services, please select both boxes.
- As the next step, you will be asked to verify your email address.
Please locate the email, which will be sent to the provided email address and click ”Verify Email”.
- Enter your first name, last name and select your *citizenship. If you have more than one citizenship, you can add it by clicking “+Add” button located at the bottom right part of the window.
*Please be aware that by citizenship we are referring to your nationality which is provided on your identity document.
- Select your country phone code by clicking on the small arrow at the left of the field, enter your phone number and click “Next”.
- Create the password that you will use to access your Simplex Banking account.

- Provide your residential address by filling in the required fields and clicking “Next”.
- For the next stage of the onboarding process you will be required to complete the identity verification process in real time by taking a picture of your identity document. Please click the button “Next” and select the available document type.

- Take a picture of the identity document you would like to submit and click “Upload”.
Kindly note that national ID cards require two pictures: the front side and the back side of the document.
- To proceed with the identity verification process, please take a selfie and submit it by clicking “Upload”.
If you encounter any issues with the camera of your device during the verification process, please attempt the troubleshooting steps found here.
- After successfully completing the identity verification process, you may be asked to complete a quick personalized questionnaire about your employment status, source of income, etc. Please select the answers accordingly and click “Next”.
- When the registration process is completed successfully, you will see the following message:
