In order to change the PIN code of your Simplex branded card, please see the guidelines below:
- Log in to your Simplex Banking account.
- Go to “Manage Card” section and select “View PIN”.
- In a new pop-up window, you will see your current PIN code and the option to change it by clicking "Change PIN" button.
- Enter a new PIN code and click “Set new PIN”.
- To approve the change of PIN, verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS. Please enter it into the field and click “Verify”.
- You will see the following message confirming the successful PIN change.
Please note that the first transaction after the PIN change needs to be Chip & Pin.
